Refund policy

 DUE TO COVID 19-AT THIS TIME NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 

**NO REFUNDS** EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS!

1. Please return merchandise unworn and  unwashed with tags attached. Any showing of damaged, stretched,  soiled, or odor filled garments such as perfumes, smoke, body odor, or etc,  will not be returnable. 

2. Any items marked "Final Sale or Closeout" will not be returnable at all. 

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees back to the store. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Staff here at THRONE boutique, thoroughly inspect the items before shipping out and all items are new out of the packaging and shipped directly to you the customer.

6. Refunds will be issued if an item is ordered on the site and is out of stock or unavailable in the same manner it was paid (cash, credit). 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can  contact us at Thronebycatrinamaria@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted,  we will send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping cost for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Also, no bodysuits, swimsuits, jewelry or health hazard items can not be returned. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
